Manifesto

Most ventures die in pieces.

A founder hires a brand agency. Then a web shop. Then a deck designer. Then a social manager. By month six the brand voice contradicts the deck, the site is two redesigns behind, and the founder is the only one holding the thread. SealDeal exists because that thread should never have been theirs to hold.

What we believe

A venture is one organism. Its name, its narrative, its site, its infrastructure, and its first impression are not departments — they are the same decision, repeated.

Speed and craft are not opposites. Most agencies are slow because they are organised wrong, not because the work demands it.

Founders should own their infrastructure. Domain. Email. Hosting. Brand files. Pitch master. If we vanish tomorrow, you keep the venture.

Pricing should be fixed. A surprise invoice is a broken trust contract.

For

Founders who are sure.

  • — Pre-launch operators with conviction on the wedge
  • — Family offices structuring multi-brand portfolios
  • — Second-time founders allergic to agency theatre
  • — Solo principals who need a full studio for one quarter

Not for

Anyone shopping for vendors.

  • — Founders unsure what they're building
  • — Teams that need committees to make decisions
  • — Engagements measured in deliverables, not outcomes
  • — Anyone who treats brand as decoration

If this sounds like you,

we should talk.
